Kaytlin Derksen-Moore

Kaytlin has been working in the animal welfare industry since 2019. What Kaytlin loves most about her job at the clinic is that it is fast-paced and there are always learning opportunities. She is most passionate about animal behaviour, training, and giving information to help Owners help their pets. Her certificate in animal welfare connects to my professional career by giving her a deeper understanding of animal care to help her continue her education in veterinary medicine. Kaytlin has a grey tabby cat named Gyles that she adopted at 6 months of age in November 2014. Napping is their favourite activity to do together. If she could be an animal, Kaytlin would be a cat because the idea of eating, sleeping, and doing whatever she wants, sounds lovely!
